Speed
InductOne's innovative dual-arm design surpasses the constraints of traditional single-arm parcel induction systems. The coordinated motion of InductOne's two arms can achieve sustained pick rates of 2,200 to 2,300 per hour (opposed to 1,600 picks per hour for single-arm solutions). InductOne’s peak rate is capable of 3,300 picks per hour, 10% faster than the leading competition.

Engineered with a meticulous focus on minimizing footprint and weight, InductOne’s design enables deployment in space-constrained areas including mezzanines. The modular, configurable architecture enables seamless greenfield or brownfield integration without costly structural modifications.
Exception Handling
Parcel variability challenges are overcome with InductOne’s innovative individual cup control (ICC) gripper, which is capable of precisely handling a wide range of sizes and shapes. By avoiding mis-picks and drops, the ICC gripper helps minimize cost per pick. The system avoids picking non-conveyable items (e.g., oversized, cylindrical), automatically conveying to a designated exception path.
